Preventive and breakdown maintenance for site infrastructure equipment.
What this service is
In plain terms.
IME — Infrastructure Maintenance — is the technical care of everything on a telecom site except the radio itself: the diesel generator, the air conditioners that keep the shelter within temperature, the battery bank that carries the site through a grid outage, the SMPS power plant and the site electricals. Preventive rounds prevent most failures; the rest is breakdown response.
Scope of work
What a standard engagement includes. Anything outside this is quoted separately and agreed in writing before it is executed.
How we execute it
From enquiry to handover.
Six defined stages. You always know which one you are in and what closes it.
Asset register
Every DG, AC, battery bank and power plant in scope is recorded with make, capacity, serial number and current condition.
PM calendar
Preventive maintenance is scheduled per asset class with defined checklists and intervals.
Preventive rounds
Each round is executed against its checklist and closed with readings, photographs and consumable records.
Breakdown response
Faults are attended within the SLA window, with root cause and spare consumption recorded.
Material movement
New material dispatch and old material return move on formal SRN and MRN documents.
Reporting
Monthly asset health, PM adherence, breakdown count and mean time to restore.
