How quickly can a team reach a site in Pune?

Pune is within our core operating area, so for a signed work order we typically mobilise within 48 to 72 hours, and faster for an emergency on a site we already maintain.

Are the same licences valid in Pune?

Yes. The IP1 licence is issued by the Department of Telecommunications and is national in scope. The electrical and civil contractor registrations are issued by the Government of Maharashtra and are valid throughout the state, including Pune district.

Do you supply spares or only labour?

Either model works. Most clients keep spares in their own warehouse and we consume against SRN; where a client prefers it, we procure and bill spares at agreed rates.

How is diesel consumption controlled?

Every fuelling event is recorded with meter reading, quantity, running hours and site ID, then reconciled monthly against DG run hours. Anomalies are flagged rather than absorbed.

What is the typical PM interval?

Air conditioners and battery banks are usually quarterly, DG sets monthly or by running hours, and site electricals half-yearly — but the calendar is set to your standard, not ours.

Can IME and tower maintenance be one contract?

Yes, and it is the more efficient arrangement — the same visit can cover structure, equipment and site cleaning instead of three separate mobilisations.

In Pune

What ime — infrastructure maintenance involves.

IME — Infrastructure Maintenance — is the technical care of everything on a telecom site except the radio itself: the diesel generator, the air conditioners that keep the shelter within temperature, the battery bank that carries the site through a grid outage, the SMPS power plant and the site electricals. Preventive rounds prevent most failures; the rest is breakdown response.
