The challenge
What the client was up against.
The cluster was previously split across three vendors — one for structural work, one for DG and diesel, one for site cleaning. Every outage produced a dispute about whose scope had failed, and the operator's circle team spent more time arbitrating than managing the network.
Our approach
What we actually did.
MGP took the full cluster under a single contract. An opening condition survey established a documented baseline per site. A combined preventive calendar allowed one visit to cover structure, DG, battery bank and site cleaning instead of three separate mobilisations, and a single escalation number replaced three.
Before and after
Drag the divider.
Opening condition on the left, completed work on the right — from the same position, so the comparison is honest.
After
The same compound after MGP maintenance — cleared, repainted structure, repaired fencing and clean shelter surroundings.
Before
Neglected tower compound with overgrown vegetation, corroded members and damaged fencing before takeover.
