What this service is
In plain terms.
Landscaping is the one visible service where neglect shows within two weeks. Maintenance — mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, feeding, pest and disease control, seasonal replanting and irrigation upkeep — is what determines whether a campus looks cared for or abandoned. We run garden maintenance the way we run facility contracts: dedicated, statutorily compliant gardeners under a horticulture supervisor, a published maintenance calendar, and a monthly report with photographs so the client sees the condition, not just the attendance.
Scope of work

Condition survey
Opening survey of lawns, beds, trees and irrigation with photographs — the baseline against which improvement is measured.
Recovery plan
For neglected sites: what can be saved, what must be replaced, and the order in which it will be done.
Maintenance calendar
Daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal tasks published per zone, with named responsibility.
Deployment
Uniformed gardeners with ID, attendance and tools; a supervisor who checks the work, not just the headcount.
Seasonal programme
Pre-monsoon pruning, monsoon drainage and pest watch, winter flower beds, summer water management.
Monthly report
Tasks completed, before-and-after photographs, plant replacement and issues raised — one report per site.
