How quickly can a team reach a site in Pune?

Are the same licences valid in Pune?

Yes. The IP1 licence is issued by the Department of Telecommunications and is national in scope. The electrical and civil contractor registrations are issued by the Government of Maharashtra and are valid throughout the state, including Pune district.

Do you take on small internal roads inside a factory?

Yes. A significant part of our civil work is internal road development inside industrial estates and factory premises, executed to the same specification discipline as public roads.

Bituminous or cement concrete — which should we choose?

Cement concrete costs more initially but survives heavy vehicle loading and standing water far better, which suits factory gates, weighbridge approaches and low-lying stretches. Bituminous is faster to lay and easier to repair. We recommend based on your traffic and drainage, not on what is easier for us to build.

Can you work while the road stays in use?

Yes, with phased execution, barricading and traffic management. It extends the programme but avoids shutting down site access.
