Are the same licences valid in Pune?

Yes. The IP1 licence is issued by the Department of Telecommunications and is national in scope. The electrical and civil contractor registrations are issued by the Government of Maharashtra and are valid throughout the state, including Pune district.

How do you decide the piling method?

Ground conditions decide it. Soft strata suit bored and auger-cast piles; rock needs DTH drilling; sites sensitive to vibration rule out driven piles. We would rather change the method after the soil data than defend the wrong one at depth.

What evidence is kept per pile?

Every pile has its own record: position, depth achieved, strata encountered, reinforcement, concrete quantity and cut-off level. That log is the handover document.

Cage lowered, concrete poured with tremie where required, and cube samples taken.
