How quickly can a team reach a site in Mumbai?

Mumbai is within our core operating area, so for a signed work order we typically mobilise within 48 to 72 hours, and faster for an emergency on a site we already maintain.

Are the same licences valid in Mumbai?

Yes. The IP1 licence is issued by the Department of Telecommunications and is national in scope. The electrical and civil contractor registrations are issued by the Government of Maharashtra and are valid throughout the state, including Mumbai district.

Do you take on small internal roads inside a factory?

Yes. A significant part of our civil work is internal road development inside industrial estates and factory premises, executed to the same specification discipline as public roads.

Bituminous or cement concrete — which should we choose?

Cement concrete costs more initially but survives heavy vehicle loading and standing water far better, which suits factory gates, weighbridge approaches and low-lying stretches. Bituminous is faster to lay and easier to repair. We recommend based on your traffic and drainage, not on what is easier for us to build.

Can you work while the road stays in use?

Yes, with phased execution, barricading and traffic management. It extends the programme but avoids shutting down site access.

What quality evidence is provided?

Field density tests for compaction, material test certificates, layer thickness records and as-built levels — compiled into a single handover file.

What road construction involves.

Road construction is layered engineering. Subgrade preparation and compaction decide the life of the road far more than the surface course does. We execute the full stack — subgrade, sub-base, base course, and either a bituminous wearing course or a cement concrete pavement — along with the kerbs, shoulders, footpaths and drainage that make it a usable road rather than a strip of surfacing.
