OME — Operation Matter Experts in Mumbai
The people who make a telecom site behave like a managed asset. Delivered in Mumbai and across Mumbai district by an IP1-licensed contractor with electrical and civil registration.
In Mumbai
What ome — operation matter experts involves.
OME — Operation Matter Experts — is the human layer of telecom site operations. Radio equipment does not fail because of radio equipment alone; it fails because a key was unavailable, an electricity bill went unpaid, a landlord blocked access or nobody was there to open a gate at midnight. OME work removes those failure modes.
Our position in Mumbai
Corporate facility management and telecom site operations.
Work in Mumbai is executed by the same crews, to the same specification and under the same 3 licences as work in Pune. Distance changes the mobilisation plan, not the standard.
Scope of work in Mumbai
How we execute it
Scope definition
We agree the site list, the activities in scope and the escalation matrix with your circle team.
Takeover
Keys, documents, landlord contacts and EB account details are transferred into a controlled register.
Daily operations
Access, upkeep and coordination run to a defined routine with a named coordinator per cluster.
Bill and rent cycle
EB bills and owner rents are tracked to a monthly calendar so no site is ever cut off for a missed payment.
Exception escalation
Landlord disputes, meter faults and access refusals are escalated with documentation, not phone calls.
Monthly review
A consolidated operations report per circle, with open items and ageing.
