How quickly can a team reach a site in Ahilyanagar?

For Ahilyanagar we usually mobilise within three to five days of a signed work order, depending on crew and equipment movement. Emergency response on sites already under contract with us is faster.

Are the same licences valid in Ahilyanagar?

Yes. The IP1 licence is issued by the Department of Telecommunications and is national in scope. The electrical and civil contractor registrations are issued by the Government of Maharashtra and are valid throughout the state, including Ahmednagar district.

What exactly does OME cover that IME does not?

OME is operational and administrative — keys, access, landlords, rent, electricity bills and site presence. IME is technical maintenance of the equipment on the site. Most operators buy both, and MGP can deliver them under one contract.

How are site keys controlled?

Every key sits in a custody cabinet against a numbered register. Issue and return are logged with name, time and purpose, and the register is available for audit at any time.

Do you handle landlord rent disputes?

We coordinate and document them, and escalate with a full paper trail. Commercial decisions remain with the operator; the groundwork and evidence come from us.

Can OME be scoped for a specific cluster only?

Yes. Most engagements begin with one cluster or district and expand once the reporting discipline has been demonstrated.

In Ahilyanagar

What ome — operation matter experts involves.

OME — Operation Matter Experts — is the human layer of telecom site operations. Radio equipment does not fail because of radio equipment alone; it fails because a key was unavailable, an electricity bill went unpaid, a landlord blocked access or nobody was there to open a gate at midnight. OME work removes those failure modes.
