Are the same licences valid in Mumbai?

Yes. The IP1 licence is issued by the Department of Telecommunications and is national in scope. The electrical and civil contractor registrations are issued by the Government of Maharashtra and are valid throughout the state, including Mumbai district.

Will a terrace garden cause leakage?
