How quickly can a team reach a site in Pimpri-Chinchwad?

Pimpri-Chinchwad is within our core operating area, so for a signed work order we typically mobilise within 48 to 72 hours, and faster for an emergency on a site we already maintain.

Are the same licences valid in Pimpri-Chinchwad?

Yes. The IP1 licence is issued by the Department of Telecommunications and is national in scope. The electrical and civil contractor registrations are issued by the Government of Maharashtra and are valid throughout the state, including Pune district.

Which grass should we choose?

Mexican grass is hardy and low-cost for large areas; Korean grass gives a dense carpet look for ornamental lawns; Bermuda / Doob handles heavy foot traffic and sports use; Paspalum tolerates poorer water quality. We recommend after checking your sunlight, traffic and water — not the other way round.

Ready turf gives a usable lawn in 3–4 weeks and resists weeds from day one. Sprigging and seeding cost less but take 2–3 months to fill. Most campuses choose turf for visible areas and sprigging for large background zones.

Why do lawns turn yellow in patches?

Usually waterlogging from poor levelling, compacted soil, uneven irrigation coverage or white grub attack. When we take over an existing lawn, we diagnose the cause before re-laying anything.

Can you build lawns on podiums and terraces?

Yes — with waterproofing protection, drainage cells, lightweight soil mix and a load check. See our Terrace & Vertical Gardens service.

What lawn & turf development involves.

A lawn is the largest single surface in most gardens, and the one that fails most visibly. Patchy, yellowing or waterlogged lawns are almost never a grass problem; they are a subgrade, soil or water problem. Lawn development is the engineered preparation of a growing bed — cleared, levelled, drained and filled with the right soil mix — followed by the correct grass for the site's sun, traffic and water: Mexican, Korean, Bermuda (Doob) or Paspalum, laid as ready turf, sprigs or seed.

How we execute it

Assessment

Sun hours, foot traffic, soil condition and water supply decide the grass variety and the build-up — not a default choice.

Clearance & weed kill

Existing weeds and roots are removed completely. A lawn laid over live weeds is re-laid within a year.

Levelling & drainage

The subgrade is laser-levelled to a gentle fall so water leaves the lawn instead of standing on it.

Soil bed

A consistent growing bed of the right depth and mix is spread, compacted lightly and pre-watered.

Turfing

Turf rolls or sprigs are laid in staggered joints, rolled for root contact and top-dressed.

Establishment

Daily watering schedule, first mow at the correct height, feeding and a handover once roots have knitted.
