A building is delivered, not merely built. Between the foundation and the handover sit structure, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, joinery, painting and the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services that have to be coordinated with all of it. MGP executes industrial sheds and factory infrastructure, commercial and office buildings, hospital and institutional structures, and residential works — with the MEP interface handled in-house because we hold the electrical licence ourselves.

Columns, beams and slabs executed floor by floor with line, level and reinforcement checks at each stage.
Masonry & services
Blockwork and plaster progress in coordination with electrical and plumbing conduiting so nothing is broken open later.
Finishing
Waterproofing, flooring, joinery and painting to the specified finish schedule.
Handover
Snag list closure, as-built drawings, test certificates and a complete quality file.
