How quickly can a team reach a site in Nagpur?

For Nagpur we usually mobilise within three to five days of a signed work order, depending on crew and equipment movement. Emergency response on sites already under contract with us is faster.

Are the same licences valid in Nagpur?

Yes. The IP1 licence is issued by the Department of Telecommunications and is national in scope. The electrical and civil contractor registrations are issued by the Government of Maharashtra and are valid throughout the state, including Nagpur district.

What response time do you commit to for an emergency?

For sites in our core operating districts we commit to a crew on the move within two hours of a raised ticket, and physically on site within the window agreed in the SLA for that cluster.

Do you maintain sites you did not build?

Yes, and it is most of our maintenance work. We begin with an opening condition survey so that pre-existing defects are recorded and never confused with anything that occurs on our watch.

How is the work evidenced?

Every visit produces a geotagged, timestamped photographic record against a signed checklist. Nothing is billed as complete without that evidence.

Can maintenance be bundled with site energy and housekeeping?

Yes — that is the practical advantage of MGP. Structural maintenance, DG and diesel management, and site cleaning can sit in one contract with one accountable supervisor.

In Nagpur

What tower maintenance involves.

Tower maintenance is the recurring work that protects a structure and its site assets over their design life: inspecting members and fasteners, restoring anti-corrosive coating, verifying earthing and aviation lighting, maintaining the compound and shelter, and responding when something fails at two in the morning. It is measured by uptime, not by activity.

How we execute it

Site handover

We take an opening condition survey of every site in the scope, so improvement is measurable against a real baseline.

Maintenance calendar

A preventive schedule is agreed per site — monthly, quarterly and annual activities with named responsibilities.

Preventive rounds

Each visit produces a checklist, geotagged photographs and an exception list of anything needing correction.

Corrective work

Exceptions are quoted, approved and closed, with before-and-after evidence attached to the same site record.

Emergency response

A single escalation number, an on-call crew, and a committed response window for outage events.

Monthly reporting

Uptime, visits completed, exceptions raised and exceptions closed — one report per circle.
