How quickly can a team reach a site in Pune?

Pune is within our core operating area, so for a signed work order we typically mobilise within 48 to 72 hours, and faster for an emergency on a site we already maintain.

Are the same licences valid in Pune?

Yes. The IP1 licence is issued by the Department of Telecommunications and is national in scope. The electrical and civil contractor registrations are issued by the Government of Maharashtra and are valid throughout the state, including Pune district.

What is our exposure as the principal employer?

Under the Contract Labour (R&A) Act the principal employer becomes liable if the contractor defaults on wages or statutory dues. That is precisely why we hand over the wage register and the PF and ESIC challans every month — so your exposure is documented as closed, not merely assumed to be.

How quickly can manpower be mobilised?

For unskilled and semi-skilled categories, typically within three to five days. For specific skilled trades, seven to ten days depending on the trade and the skill test involved.

MGP issues PPE to every deployed worker and logs the issue. Where a site has a specific PPE standard, we procure to that standard.

Can workers be deployed on a shift basis?

Yes — single, double or round-the-clock shift patterns, with a supervisor present on every shift rather than only on the general shift.

In Pune

What contract labour & manpower supply involves.

Contract labour supply is a compliance service disguised as a staffing service. Under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, if the contractor fails to pay wages or statutory dues, the liability falls back on the principal employer — that is, on you. The value MGP provides is that this never happens: licence in place, wages paid on time, PF and ESIC remitted, and the challans placed in your hands every month.
