What this service is
In plain terms.
Housekeeping is a managed service, not a supply of people. It is defined by a written scope per area, a frequency per activity, a trained team that knows the difference between cleaning and disinfection, the right chemical and machine for each surface, and a supervisor who inspects rather than merely attends. Everything else is just headcount.
Scope of work
What a standard engagement includes. Anything outside this is quoted separately and agreed in writing before it is executed.

Site survey
Every area is measured and classified, and the cleaning scope and frequency are written down area by area.
Manpower plan
Headcount, shift pattern and supervision ratio are derived from that scope — not guessed and then justified.
Mobilisation
Team deployed in uniform with ID cards, machines and chemicals, after induction and safety briefing.
Daily operations
Work runs to a checklist per area per shift, signed by the supervisor and available to your facility manager.
Inspection & audit
Supervisor inspections daily, management audit monthly, with scores shared and corrective actions tracked.
Review
Monthly review covering attendance, complaints raised and closed, consumables and audit scores.

We share monthly PF and ESIC challans along with the invoice. It is the single most important protection for a client, because principal-employer liability under the Contract Labour Act sits with you if the contractor defaults.
